The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

I joined Penn State in August 1980 from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and spent nearly five years to complete graduate education. I was at Tyson Building, and stayed at Atherton Hall, had very good friends and we very much enjoyed this period. This made our life full of memories. My wife, Sandya was with me at Penn State, and is also so fond of PSU memories. We have many photographs, and when we have free times, go through them and enjoy. We have two daughters, Himesha (22 yrs.) and Sithumini (12 years) and a son, Sahan (20 years), and are doing well. We visited Penn State summer 2008 for three days, were with Dr. Hatley and his wife at High Meadow Lane, stayed at Nittany Lions Inn, walked around the campus a day and half and recollected our great memories. We were able to meet a few contemporaries as faculty members, and recognized each other. We are so happy to see great developments, and are so proud of being in the family of Penn State Alumni.
